Preparing for a Kinesio Taping Session
- Refrain from applying oil or lotion to the skin prior to application.
- Allow 1 hour after application before activity or showering to allow glue to adhere properly.
- Skin irritation is extremely rare. Remove tape if irritation occurs. Refrain from further tape application until skin breakout has cleared.
